My name is Hollie Waters. I am an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Clinical Nutritionist.

I am passionate about promoting a whole-food plant-based diet for optimum health and, as an ethical vegan, highlighting the numerous benefits of a compassionate lifestyle.

I founded Etico Nutrition with the mission of being a catalyst for positive change; by providing unbiased and informed guidance to anyone seeking to adopt, or ensure they are following, a healthy vegan, vegetarian, or plant-based diet. It is my goal to provide people with the tools and knowledge they need to improve their current and future health and wellbeing through their dietary and lifestyle choices.

Qualifications

After completing a Bachelor of Science - with majors in Human Biology and Nutrition - with Edith Cowan University, WA, I undertook a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics - majoring in Public Health Nutrition - through Griffith University, QLD.
