When should I see a Dietitian?
There are a variety of reasons why someone may choose to engage the services of an Accredited Dietitian. Some common reasons why you may be referred, or independently choose, to consult with a dietitian include:
Nutrition for optimal health
A newly diagnosed chronic health condition
Assistance with a therapeutic or specialised diet
Pregnancy and prenatal nutrition
Digestive conditions
Disordered eating and recovery from chronic dieting
Food allergies and intolerances
Food preparation and meal planning skills
Etico Nutrition was founded with the goal of being a catalyst for positive change; by providing unbiased and informed guidance to anyone seeking to adopt, or ensure they are following, a healthy vegan, vegetarian, or plant-based diet.
We aim to provide people with the tools and knowledge they need to improve their current and future health through dietary and lifestyle choices.
